We were honored to visit the Dandridge Tower residents in celebration of Heart Health Month 2019! Our cardiac seminar proudly featured expert guest speakers, tailored snacks, fun games, and of course, fun, festive swag!

The presentation was led by our very own Director of Nursing, Jana Jones, who shared tips on how to maintain optimal cardiac health, the benefits of specific exercise, and diet modifications.

It was a pleasure to support the community with education, guidance, and inspiration for becoming a “better you!”
