Sidina Dillard, LPN

Clinical Health Coordinator

Clinical Health Coordinator

Sidina relocated to Nashville from Kentucky in 2005, after graduating with honors from Madisonville Community College as an LPN. Shortly after her move to Nashville, Sidina began her nursing career at Bethany Center working as an LPN. Within months, she was promoted to Night Shift Supervisor, a position she has held for over 16 years. In October 2022, Sidina was promoted to the Clinical Health Coordinator. Sidina has also always had a calling to teach. In 2010, she furthered her education by obtaining her BLS Instructor Certification with American Heart Association. Sidina uses this certification to educate all Bethany staff on the current regulations regarding CPR and First Aid. Shortly thereafter, Sidina decided to continue her education at Nashville State Community College in the RN program. Sidina loves working for Bethany Center and refers to her coworkers and residents as “family.” She is hoping to retire here.
