Kristal attended Concorde Career College of Memphis. She has been in healthcare for two years and chose this career because of its direct impact on improving patients' quality of life. Before joining Bethany Center, Kristal worked as an RT for Select Specialty Hospital, specializing in critical illness recovery. The opportunities for continued learning and the fulfillment in knowing she made a difference in the lives of those she cared for. In her spare time, she enjoys attending church, riding four-wheelers, and spending quality time with her family.
