Hatai Tongkumkul
Director of Environmental Services
Hatai was born in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She studied at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and graduated with an Associate Degree in Business Management. She moved to the United States in 1989. Hatai became a certified nursing assistant in 1993 and came to work at Bethany for three years. Following that, she went to work as an inspector for an electronic manufacturer, alongside managing a restaurant for 20 years. She came back to work at Bethany Center in October 2020 in the Activities Department and then transitioned to the Director of Environmental Services. She enjoys taking care of our residents, traveling, and being with her friends and family.
