Dwight Osteen, B.B.A, LNHA

Dwight has served in various roles in post-acute services, including skilled nursing Administrator and Regional Director of operations. His depth of experience has been utilized in other leadership roles, as well. He has served as a regional trainer on leadership and employee relations, corporate compliance committees, and keynote speaking engagements at national conferences. Dwight has previously served as the Administrator at sister community, Creekside Center, and has now transitioned into the role of Administrator at Bethany Center. He began his career in 1994, and has continuously assisted in leading teams of qualified caregivers to deliver the best possible patient care. Dwight is married with a family of five children, active in his church, and enjoys coaching his son's baseball team in his spare time!
