Caitlin Reid, OTR/L

Caitlin attended Radford University in Virginia, earning her Master’s in Occupational Therapy.  She has worked in healthcare for ten years, first as an occupational therapist and then as Director of Rehab seven years ago.  She was drawn to her career because she wanted to use her knowledge and skills to impact the lives of patients and their families positively.  She is passionate about leadership, motivating and encouraging her team to meet their personal and professional goals.  Her favorite part of her job is knowing that she and her rehab team make a difference in people's lives.  Watching patients work hard daily to meet their goals and regain their independence is the best part of the job.  She loves being part of a great team at Bethany. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys painting and reading.  She also likes to spend time with her husband and two young boys, playing outside, watching movies, and trying new restaurants.  Her family just moved to the Spring Hill area and are looking forward to joining the community and exploring everything Tennessee offers.
