Crystal began volunteering in nursing homes since grade school for the National Junior Honor Society. Her personal experience with her family in nursing homes has helped her to be able to provide the compassion and understanding our residents’ families receive when they entrust us with their loved ones. Crystal’s passion for helping others and providing them with support throughout their Medicaid application experience has allowed her to change what can be a very difficult process, into a team project so that our families never feel as if they are in this alone. Crystal has gained a wide range of healthcare and financial knowledge throughout her career history and is always eager to procure more. She has four children and enjoys hiking, reading and music.
